AIL is a private company with a limited liability, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Mauritius and is holding a Category One Global Business Licence under the Financial Services Act 2007.

The Fund has also been registered as a Foreign Portfolio Investors under Securities And Exchange Board of India (Foreign Portfolio Investors) Regulations, 2014.
